Second and very close behind number 1 above, we put our attention on correctly shipping your order in a timely manor. Through the 13 years we've been in business, we have yet to backorder a single item. All orders recieved before 12:00 noon today are shipped, today, always.

Third, the articles we write are researched to the best of our ability to give you only accurate information, avoiding rumor and hype.

Fourth, we do our best to give you copy that is free of spelling and errors in punctuation or grammar. However, do to a small staff, our attention on the first 3 priorities above and time restraints, a few spelling and grammatical errors do occur and we ask you to understand and accept, in advance, our apology for them.
